Brachioplasty

An arm lift, or brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure that:

  • Reduces excess sagging skin on the underside of the upper arms.
  • Tightens and smoothes the underlying supportive tissue giving definition to the shape of the upper arms.
  • Reduces areas of fat pockets in the upper arm region.

Fluctuations in weight, growing older, and heredity can cause your upper arms to have a drooping, sagging appearance.

Arm lift surgery may be right for you if the underside of your upper arms are sagging or appear loose and full due to excess skin and fat.

Back to work: you can return to work after 10-14 days. Return to exercise after 4-6 weeks.
